    Information on Physical Settlement for MAVIR spot products for delivery day 08.04.2025

    We would like to inform you about technical issues on the ECC side that are causing a disruption in nomination to MAVIR.

    ECC will correct the nomination at TSO MAVIR as soon as possible. No further actions required by Market participants.

    Implementation of "DORA"

    Digital Operational Resilience Act ("DORA") carried out by ECC for Customer Agreements

    The Digital Operational Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, “DORA”) is an EU regulation from 17 January 2025, which aims to strengthen the resilience, reliability, and continuity of financial services across the European Union. DORA was designed to ensure that organisations can withstand, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents.

    On our dedictaed DORA page we provide responses on frequently asked questions (“FAQs”) with respect to the relationship between customers (in their role as Financial Entity) and ECC, as part of the EEX Group (in its role as ICT Third Party Service Provider, where applicable) aas well as support for those customers affected by the DORA regulation in order to become compliant.
